We have some fantastic opportunities for Store Managers to work in our Swindon, Shrewsbury, Cheshire Oaks, Nottingham, Cambridge, Winchester and Hatfield stores. As Store Manager of this prestigious location, you will be responsible for leading outstanding sales performance, exceeding sales and financial targets and delivering a premium multichannel customer experience through effective leadership of the teams.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • You will be accountable for the sales strategy, developing, agreeing and implementing sales plans and activities in order to meet targets and drive new customer business as well as harnessing loyalty custom.
  • You will be leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants and you will need to train and develop each team member to Jaegers high standards, and support each person as they continue to develop.
  • The Store Manager will be expected to managing their store rota, and budgets, holidays and sickness reporting, whilst also monitoring and evaluating their store KPI and profit and loss reports.
  • The successful applicant will ensure that all company services and facilities are made available to the customer. They will be expected to communicate customers’ views and reactions to the range to the Regional Manager, whilst ensuring that their team adhere to company stock management procedures.
  • With strong retail management experience in premium high street, you will have a proven track record in driving the sales and profit of the store you have worked with, coupled with the ability to deliver a premium customer experience, as well as being able to demonstrate experience driving and motivating store teams.

We have some fantastic opportunities for Assistant Managers to work in our Hatfield, Ashford, Gloucester Quays, Windsor and Swindon stores.
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring all customers enjoy a first class shopping experience.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • You will be accountable for store merchandising and developing sales to their full potential. Whilst ensuring all customer queries are handled efficiently by the team, they will need to develop strong and long term customer relationships to ensure the Store is delivering a first class service.
  • Leading and motivating a team of Sales Consultants the Assistant Manager will need to train and develop each team member to Jaegers high standards, and support each person as they continue to develop.
  • The Assistant Manager will be expected to support the Store Manager in managing their store rota, and budgets, holidays and sickness reporting, whilst also monitoring and evaluating their store KPI and profit and loss reports. With the support of the HR department and their Regional Manager, they will manage all performance issues.
  • The successful applicant will ensure that all company services and facilities are made available to the customer.
