Web Trader - Excellent Salary + Benefits

We are currently recruiting an experienced Web Trader to join our growing Ecommerce team. Reporting into the Director of Digital, you will be responsible for driving the day to day trading activities on both Jaeger sites by ensuring that online stock and availability are optimised, promotions and sale launches are set up and aligned across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to ensure trading plans are supported through digital channels.
  • Manage the Trading Assistant & Ecommerce Intern to ensure that stock is online on time including Jaeger & Concession partner sites and merchandised in accordance with the trading calendar and promotional plan
  • Responsible for all aspects of on-site merchandising including site navigation, refinements, product recommendations and sort order A/B testing
  • Forecast for growth and manage KPI reporting.
  • Ensure that promotional activity including seasonal Online sale is set up on both Jaeger sites, aligned across all channels and that the sales, profit and stock implications are forecasted and tracked
  • Using data analysis to identify and prioritise major sales drivers and highlight deficiencies such as availability and sizing issues
  • Work with the Senior Ecommerce Merchandiser to drive stock efficiency across all channels by controlling the ecommerce stock holding and availability
  • Input into imagery, content, campaigns and product availability to reflect range launch and intakes plans
  • Work alongside the Product development teams to identify trends in returns and suggest changes to the site/content

Graphic Designer - Excellent Salary + Benefits

We are currently recruiting a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to support our Marketing and Visual Merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop artwork for POS, look books, window guidelines, window layouts, window visuals and marketing projects, ensuring all graphic design reflects the brands individual values and is consistent across all applications.
  • Work closely with the senior VM and marketing team to roll out the creative strategy set at the beginning of the season. You will be responsible for developing solutions and design concepts to a brief given.
  • Deal with requests and answer queries at every level. Exercise budget control and source new suppliers where necessary.
  • Juggle and prioritise ad hoc work, which has not been scheduled into the workload.This may include for example late development in ticketing requirements, invites and promotions.
  • Working closely with the Production team ensuring artwork is collated and sent to external printers correctly. To supply print spec for quoting, approvals of proofs and on-press when needed.
  • To manage artworking and retouching ensuring the detail of every project is delivered to the highest standard.

YOU:

  • Graduate in Graphic Design you will be currently working as a Graphic designer within a retail environment with an excellent track record in developing marketing materials.
  • Demonstrably proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Acrobat.
  • Exceptional design and artworking skills.
  • Ability to work independently once a brief has been given.
  • Good account management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work at all levels within a busy team.

HR Administrator - Excellent Salary + Benefits

We are currently recruiting an HR Administrator to join our HR team. Working closely with the HR Business Partners & Director, you will provide comprehensive and proactive administration support to the HR team to ensure effective and smooth running of the function & services the team provides to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support to the HR team in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Generation and management of employment contracts / agreements / addendums and new starter documentation for all Jaeger employees
  • Maintain and up to date record of employees and details on HR record system
  • Process all leavers as per the agreed process flow.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and calls to the HR team
  • Manage first day orientation and on boarding for new employees as per the agreed Jaeger orientation program
  • Assist HR team with ad hoc project work
  • Participation in projects aligned to the HR strategic plan
  • Expected to make system improvements where necessary

YOU:

  • Looking to pursue a career in HR, you will be a graduate in HR or equivalent qualifications e.g. CIPD Certificate in HR, good understanding of employment law and ideally a relevant placement under your belt.
  • You will be highly organised with excellent time management skills and you will possess strong IT skills across Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Able to demonstrate experience of managing multi-level stakeholders
  • Experience in a challenging and fast thinking environment
  • Proven ability to be proactive and organised and able to influence where necessary.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and without supervision
  • Trustworthy and reliable.

Merchandise Administration Assistant - Excellent Salary + Benefits

We are currently recruiting a Merchandise Administration Assistant, Womenswear to join our expanding Merchandising team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing stocks by line, driving allocation in line with range plan, replenishment and consolidations.
  • Support Allocator in the managing of store stock levels.
  • Be a key point of contact for stores and Brand Merchandising
  • Propose store consolidations when needed
  • Weekly in-stock support to key stores.
  • Support the Assistant Merchandiser in intake management across menswear.
  • Liaison with suppliers and buying team following black seal approval.
  • Initiate regular update meetings with B&M Teams.
  • Daily management of outstanding bookings and stock releases.
  • Raise opportunities and risks to Assistant Merchandiser.
  • Produce product analysis for Monday Trading pack and distribute pack.
  • Produce analysis of product performance to support trading decisions and range planning.
  • Product analysis for the Monthly Trading pack.

YOU:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent with a GCSE Maths or equivalent, you will be highly numerate with advance computer skills in Excel.
  • A Maths test will be part of the interview process.
  • Previous experience in finance, retail analysis or allocation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Highly analytical and ability to problem solve/provide solutions.
  • Ability to work in pressurised environment to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
