The new Jaeger Online delivery promise
As part of our new Jaeger Online site launch we have reviewed our delivery service and pricing, and have made some changes to the courier service we offer. Following this review we are very pleased to be able to offer our UK customers a greatly improved standard delivery service that includes a text message alert and a 1 hour delivery slot. We can also now offer the customer flexibility to add a ‘safe place’ comment to their delivery details, and the ability to respond to the couriers text alert to change their delivery date. This gives even greater flexibility for our customers, and a service that means your Online order can be successfully delivered on the first attempt.
What is the UK Standard delivery service?
UK Standard delivery is £3.95. This service is available to any address within the UK, including the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, we cannot send items to BFPO and PO Box addresses. However, you can use a work or alternative address if you wish. It usually takes 3-5 working days from the order date for your parcel to arrive. Don’t forget, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

What is the UK Saturday delivery service?
If you would prefer your purchase to arrive on Saturday, you can select our UK Saturday delivery service, which is £7.95. This service can be used for most UK addresses, however unfortunately it is not available for address in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Scotland and the Highlands, or BFPO and PO Boxes. This service is only available on orders placed and with payment accepted before 12 noon on the Friday before the Saturday of delivery otherwise we won’t be able to reach you in time. You can expect your parcel to arrive between 7.30am and 1pm.
