- What is the Jaeger Loyalty card?

The Jaeger Loyalty card rewards you generously for your custom – whether you shop in store, or online. Every time your spend reaches one of the thresholds, you’ll earn a voucher to spend in store or online and there is no limit to the rewards you can earn. In addition, the Jaeger Loyalty card recognises your valued custom by offering you a range of exclusive privileges; invitations to exclusive events, sale previews and other tailored offers, early notice of new collections and other special occasions, you’ll be entitled to free alterations (cuffs and hems) on any full price merchandise, exclusive promotions on the fashion and accessories you love and special bonuses and offers.

Every six months vouchers are issued, with the value decided by the threshold spend the customer has reached over the last period. The thresholds are as follows: £250 = £10 voucher, £500 = £20 voucher, £700 = £30 voucher, £900 = £40 voucher, and it continues, without an upper limit, with an extra £10 voucher added for each additional £200 spend. If the customer hasn't reached the minimum £250 spend within the six months the spend will be carried over to the next six months. However a spend can only be carried over for a period of 12 months in total; if after this period a voucher has not been earned then the spend will reset to zero.

Loyalty vouchers are issued normally every six months, with the issuance date coinciding with the launch of the new season collections, usually in March and September.
- How can I apply for a Jaeger Loyalty card?

You can apply for a Jaeger Loyalty card in a number of convenient ways. You can visit a Jaeger store or concession (excluding John Lewis and Boundary Mills stores) and apply in store. You will immediately get a temporary card and can earn rewards from your first purchase. You can also apply online as part of your check-out; simply tick the box requesting a Loyalty card and you will be taken to a page to enter your details. You will receive an email confirming your new Loyalty card number, which you can enter on any purchases made whilst awaiting your permanent Loyalty card. If you apply as part of the check-out your first purchase will automatically earn rewards. If you are not planning to purchase Online you can use the following link: xxxxxxxx to register for a new Jaeger Loyalty card. After registration it normally takes 2-3 weeks for your permanent card to arrive in the post.
- Can I earn Loyalty rewards in all Jaeger stores?

You can earn Loyalty rewards on purchases of Jaeger products in any UK Jaeger store, Outlet and Concession (excluding John Lewis concessions and Boundary Mills Outlet), and also Online. I'm afraid that you can't currently earn rewards on purchases in non-UK stores.

If you have a Jaeger Loyalty card you can earn rewards on your Online purchases simply by entering your 8 digit Loyalty card number in the relevant box during your checkout process. The 8 digit Loyalty card number can be found on the front of most cards, however on a Storecard it appears on the back of the card. Please note that whilst you can use the Loyalty number on your Storecard to earn rewards, you cannot use the Storecard to pay for your purchase, you will need to use an alternative debit or credit card.
If you do not have a Jaeger Loyalty card you can open one whilst you are in the shopping bag process by ticking the box requesting that you would like a Loyalty card, and following the instructions on screen. - How do I use my Loyalty Reward voucher online?

The Jaeger Loyalty voucher is entered online on the payment page. You should enter the 10 digit number (displayed below the barcode on your Loyalty voucher) and the value of the voucher; there is no need to enter the £ sign. This will then be redeemed against your purchase and can be destroyed. You can complete the purchase using another method of payment.
- Can I use my Loyalty Storecard online?

You can use your 8 digit Loyalty reward number from the back of your Storecard to earn rewards, however you cannot pay online using the storecard facility, you need to use an alternative debit/credit card.

Loyalty Reward vouchers have a limited expiry date which is printed on the front of the voucher. I'm afraid if the voucher has expired it cannot be renewed, so please ensure you spend your Loyalty Reward voucher within the expiry date.

When you apply for a Jaeger Loyalty card you will be given a temporary card/number which you can use to earn rewards until your permanent plastic card arrives. The permanent card will have the same number and should arrive within three to four weeks of the date you applied. If you haven't received your card within five weeks of applying then please call Customer Services on 0845 5210496 (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 10am-6pm).
