The new Jaeger Online delivery promise
As part of our new Jaeger Online site launch we have reviewed our delivery service and pricing, and have made some changes to the courier service we offer. Following this review we are very pleased to be able to offer our UK customers a greatly improved standard delivery service that includes a text message alert and a 1 hour delivery slot. We can also now offer the customer flexibility to add a ‘safe place’ comment to their delivery details, and the ability to respond to the couriers text alert to change their delivery date. This gives even greater flexibility for our customers, and a service that means your Online order can be successfully delivered on the first attempt.
What is the UK Standard delivery service?
UK Standard delivery is £3.95. This service is available to any address within the UK, including the Channel Islands. Unfortunately, we cannot send items to BFPO and PO Box addresses. However, you can use a work or alternative address if you wish. It usually takes 3-5 working days from the order date for your parcel to arrive. Don’t forget, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

What is the free UK buy online, collect in store service?
Order online before 1pm and your Jaeger pieces will be delivered to store within 1-5 working days. Orders made to stores within the M25 will be available for collection the next working day after 1pm - stores within the M25 include Brent Cross, Canary Wharf, Chelsea, Regent Street, Westfield Stratford City and Wimbledon (Elys). Orders made to stores outside the M25 will be available for collection within 2-5 working days. Please note that delivery to stores in Scotland and non-Mainland UK may take 1-2 extra days.
Once your order arrives in store you will receive an email to confirm it is ready for collection and the store will keep your order for 14 days. If it isn't collected within that time it will be returned it to Customer Services. To collect your parcel you will need to present a copy of your Order Acknowledgement or Order Collection email.
Free UK store delivery is available at the following stores; Amersham, Belfast, Beverley, Bluewater, Brent Cross, Brighton, Cambridge, Canary Wharf, Chelsea, Chester, Chichester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Guildford, Harrogate, Henley, Lymington, Manchester, Newbury, Nottingham, Oxford, Regent Street, Ringwood, Shrewsbury, Southport, Stamford, Statford-Upon-Avon, Truro, Westfield Statford City, Weybridge, Wilmslow, Wimbledon (Elys), Winchester and Windsor.
