Mainland UK, excluding Northern Scotland and the Highlands. Order before 6pm Monday to Thursday ‒ your order will then be delivered the following working day between 8am-6pm. Orders received after 6pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following working day, arriving the day after. Orders placed before 6pm on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday. If you require your order for a Saturday please choose the specific Saturday delivery option. £5.95

Please note:

You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been passed to the courier. If you have a UK delivery your order will normally be out for delivery to your chosen address on the following day. For more rural UK delivery locations, and for Overseas, it may take a few days before the order is out for delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot send items to BFPO and PO Box addresses.

Couriers

UK orders are shipped using DHL. Our courier will pre-advise you of the date of your delivery via SMS and/or email with a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery website where you may customise your delivery if required, please remember to add your mobile number to your order to receive the SMS service. Parcels must be signed for at the delivery address. Please be advised if you authorise the delivery to be left without your signature we will not accept liability for any loss or damage. You can track your delivery drivers progress by going to http://www.dhl.co.uk/ and entering your parcel reference.

Tracking your Order

Orders sent by Standard, Next Day or Saturday will have a parcel reference (displayed in the dispatch email) which can be used to track your parcel via the link provided in the dispatch email. If you cannot find any information on the tracking website then please call Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 051 0063 who can investigate further. (Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 11am-5pm, Bank Holidays 10am-4pm UK time). Store orders cannot be tracked by a parcel reference; so if you have not received the collection email within a five days of the dispatch email please call Customer Services.

For Europe and Rest of the World deliveries the value of goods ordered is inclusive of VAT, and we cannot refund any VAT charges. Any duties or taxes imposed on the order are the responsibility of the recipient, and the delivery may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Order online before 1pm and your Jaeger pieces will be delivered to store within 1-5 working days. Orders made before 1pm to stores within the M25 will be available for collection the next working day. Stores within the M25 include: Brent Cross, Canary Wharf, Chelsea, Westfield Stratford City and Wimbledon (Elys). Delivery to stores in Scotland and non-Mainland UK may take 1-2 extra days.
Free UK store delivery is available at the following stores; Amersham, Belfast, Beverley, Bluewater, Brent Cross, Brighton, Cambridge, Canary Wharf, Chelsea, Chester, Chichester, Edinburgh, Guildford, Harrogate, Henley, Lymington, Manchester, Newbury, Nottingham, Oxford, Ringwood, Shrewsbury, Southport, Stamford, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Truro, Westfield Statford City, Weybridge, Wilmslow, Wimbledon (Elys), Winchester and Windsor.

Please note:

Once your order arrives in store you will receive an email to confirm it is ready for collection. The store will keep your order for 14 days. If it isn't collected within that time it will be returned it to Customer Services for a refund, or the store will contact you to process the return. To collect your parcel you will need to present a copy of your Order Acknowledgement or Order Collection email.
