Jaeger has always sought and attracted only the most talented individuals. We are currently recruiting a talented Area Visual Merchandiser. Reporting into the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for raising the Jaeger brand integrity and maximise sales through the way product is presented in the stores and in the windows across full price, outlets and shop in shops across the region.

Key responsibilities:

- Successfully communicate the Visual Merchandising standards information and techniques to all retail teams across the region, ensuring the ultimate brand shopping experience, and consistency & clarity of the brand across all stores including full price, outlets and shop in shops.

- Develop the guidelines for standards, schemes and product presentation to be used by the retail teams.

- Assist in the design and development of the brand standards and seasonal product layouts.

- Develop training and communications that assist the retail teams in developing their skills and best store environments across full price, outlet and shop in shop.

- Conduct store visits, workshops, walk throughs on a regular basis, ensuring the standard is monitored & maintained through all retail sites for the region.

- To coordinate window changes & new floor layouts across the region, implementing the guidelines to achieve a strong and consistent brand image in stores.

- Share best practice with all retail teams, helping the retail teams with all VM issues & developing relationships with branches and suppliers.

- In line with the Brand strategy and supporting the VM Manager, manage product selection /promotional and event processes for delivering new window changes and presentation guidelines to stores.


Currently working in as an Area Visual Merchandiser you will have proven experience across all retail channels including full price, outlet and shop in shop, ideally in the luxury /premium market. You will demonstrate an understanding of brand identity and VM guidelines and you will possess experience in training in store retail teams in VM techniques. The ability to travel extensively across the UK is a prerequisite. Please can you submit samples from your current portfolio with your CV.
