-
Shopping Online can be very secure if you ensure you take a few security measures.
We use a secure payment provider for your purchase, which means that we don't have visibility of your card numbers. We also have a robust fraud screening process that highlights potential fraudulent activity on our website and will hold orders if we feel they are at a high risk of fraud.
It's common sense for anyone who purchases online to use a credit card and regularly monitor the charges to that card, in case of any fraudulent activity. If you find that your card has been used without your consent then immediately contact your card provider who can start the appropriate investigation and chargeback proceedings.
If you require any reassurance about your purchase at Jaeger Online then please feel free to call one of our Customer Service Advisors on +44 (0) 845 0510063. (Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm, Sat 10am-2pm UK time) - My payment has been declined?
-
It may be that you do not have sufficient funds in your account at the time of your purchase, or you may have entered an incorrect billing address for your card. The billing address you enter must match the address held by your Credit/Debit card provider for security reasons. If you wish to query why the card has been declined you should contact your card provider directly, as I'm afraid Jaeger do not have visibility of the reasons for the card not being accepted.
- What is Mastercard Securecode or Verified by Visa?
-
Mastercard Securecode and Verified by Visa are extra security measures introduced by the card providers to help ensure your card isn't used fraudulently online. Your card provider may have invited you to set up an extra password for your card, or you may have set one up during a transaction you have made online in the past.
If you have any questions about your password or about how to set up Securecode or Verified by Visa you should contact your card provider. - What are cookies and how do they work?
-

Cookies help make it easier and faster for you to use our website because it can remember if you have visited the website before and they help us to provide you with information you need about your account details.
