- How can I find out when a Jaeger store is open?

The store finder provides the opening times for all of our UK stores. Select the location of the store you require and you will be able to view the opening times. At all times we try to ensure this is correct, however occasionally changes to opening hours are made, so it may be wise to contact the store first if you are planning to travel a long way to visit.
- Can I pay with a China Unionpay (CUP) card in a Jaeger store?

Jaeger currently has three stores which can accept China Unionpay cards as a method of payment. The stores are: Jaeger, 200 Regent St, London; Jaeger Designer Outlet, Bicester Village, Oxfordshire & Jaeger Westfield Shopping Centre, White City, London.

If your debit or credit card has the CUP logo you will be able to use the card as a method of payment in these three stores. For security you will be required to enter your pin number when making a purchase.You can still take advantage of tax-free shopping (if applicable) whilst purchasing with your CUP card.
- What is a Jaeger Concession?

Jaeger concessions are small Jaeger departments within a host store, such as House of Fraser or Selfridges. These are normally manned by Jaeger staff (except in the case of John Lewis) but will have different promotions to the Jaeger freestanding stores, and will often participate in the Host store promotional schedules. The stores use the host store till systems so sometimes there will be restrictions on using jaeger Giftcards or vouchers in these stores. - What is a Jaeger Outlet?

The Jaeger Outlet stores sell the full range of men's and women's clothing including accessories, previously sold in our high street stores. These products are priced at a minimum of 30% below the price they were retailed at full price in the High Street. The Outlet stores also stock special buy ranges, which have been specifically designed and manufactured for the Jaeger Outlet stores to enhance the range and compliment the previous season High street stock. These products are also priced significantly below the comparable product in a high street store.
- What is the returns policy in a Jaeger store or concession?

In a Jaeger store you have 14 days in which to return your items with a receipt for a refund. The goods must be in a resaleable condition. If you do not have a receipt then you will not be entitled to a refund, unless the goods are being returned within the faulty goods policy (which has different terms and conditions, see the store for details). In a Jaeger store refunds will not be given on Sale goods; during Sale you can only exchange goods or receive a credit note on presentation of a receipt.
Please note that items bought in an Outlet store cannot be returned to a Jaeger high street store, and vice versa.Also Jaeger concessions operate a returns policy in line with their Host store, so for details you should contact the relevant Concession.
