I'm afraid that we cannot agree to price match items that have subsequently gone down in price after the purchase was made online or instore. When purchasing an item in the sale there is always the possibility it could be subject to further mark downs and for a retailer to credit the customer back when this happens is impractical. It raises more problems than it answers and in reality would be impossible to administer. In a sale if you find a garment you like, it fits and the price is right then it is a sensible decision to buy it. If the customer chooses to play a waiting game then it becomes a gamble that the price will be reduced and if the size will be there, often it is not as ranges fragment during the sale and the popular sizes go first. At the point at which the purchase was made the customer must have been happy with their decision, therefore monitoring the price of any purchase after the customer has bought it can cause unnecessary concerns and upset.
If you have the style number/product code for an item (usually a six digit number followed by a letter) you can enter this into the Search box at the top right of the screen. On every product page the Product Code is displayed in the Product Details tab, so you can make a note for future reference.
You do not have to register your details online in order to shop; you can use the Quick Checkout if you prefer, although you will still need an email address. However if you want shop with Jaeger again in the future it is an easy process to register, and your details will be saved for quicker purchasing next time. Simply go to Quick Checkout, and on the following details page tick the box to "create an account" to make shopping easier next time you visit. This will take your details and ask for a password so you can return as a registered shopper in future.
Once you have registered with Jaeger Online you can then amend your details by going to the My Account section.

Online stock moves very quickly and it may be that something is out of stock one day, but back in stock on the following day, so it is worthwhile keeping an eye on the website regularly. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept the Jaeger Storecard, Laser or Diners card. You can also use a Jaeger giftcard, Jaeger loyalty vouchers, credit notes and goodwill vouchers online. When using loyalty vouchers, credit notes and goodwill vouchers online the full face value must be redeemed in a single transaction; no further vouchers can be issued in change. We cannot accept paper Gift vouchers, or the Jaeger Storecard for online purchases. If you are shopping in Euros or Dollars then we only currently accept Visa, Visa delta/Electron and Mastercard. We cannot accept Jaeger Giftcards, Loyalty vouchers, credit notes or goodwill vouchers for transactions in Euros or Dollars. We use datacash, a secure payment website, for your transaction and do not have visibility of your specific card numbers. All orders are also reviewed by our fraud team who will challenge an order if it doesn't meet our security criteria. You can choose to see the prices online displayed in £ Sterling, US Dollars or Euros, simply click on the relevant icon at the top right of the screen to change the currency. We have offered this option to make the pricing clearer for our international customers, however we are still a UK business trading under UK regulations. The pricing in different currencies is calculated using a conversion figure set by Jaeger, this is subject to change throughout the year.
We do not have the facility for VAT free shopping online, and cannot refund any VAT for Online orders delivered to the Channel Islands or outside of the EU. The price you see on the website is the price you will be charged.
You are charged at the point of placing your order, and the amount your are charged is confirmed in your Order Acknowledgement email.
As soon as your order details have been received you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm the items ordered and the delivery details. If you have not received this within 48 hours of your order being placed then please contact Customer Services on +44 (0) 845 051 0063. If you have a promotional code you can enter it on the shopping bag page in the Promo Code box, this is before you get to the payment page. Once the promotional code has been applied to your order you will see the saving in the order summary section. To use a Jaeger Giftcard online you should enter the giftcard number and the value you wish to spend in the relevant Giftcard section on the payment pages. You don't need to enter the £ sign for the value, and when using the black Jaeger Giftcard you can choose to use the whole amount or a part of the value on the giftcard. Promotional giftcards may need redeeming all in one transaction; refer to the specific T&Cs for this information.
Once your order has been acknowledged it is not possible to change the items on the order. If you have ordered an incorrect size or style then you should contact Customer Services immediately to cancel the order and request a refund. If the order has been acknowledged but not yet despatched then it may be possible to change the delivery address, but you will need to contact Customer Services to discuss.
Under the Distance selling act you have the right to cancel your order, from the point that you place your order up to within 7 days of receiving the goods (these 7 days start on the day after the order is delivered). In order to exercise this right you must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel within these 7 days. This should be in the form of a letter or an email. We will do our best to stop a cancelled order being despatched if possible, however sometimes we are unable to stop the despatch process in time. If you have already received the goods then you should return them to us for a refund. Depending on where the order is being returned from you may be required to pay the cost of the return. On return, the goods will be reviewed and if they are in their original condition a full refund will be made. Please note if you simply wish to return the goods under the normal refund policy then you have 14 days from the point of receiving the goods, please refer to our returns policy notes on how to do this.

We do not currently offer a special gift-wrapping service however all purchases are carefully wrapped in our branded black Jaeger boxes, However please note that individual items may not always be given a separate box and every order contains the order letter which will display the price paid.
