Established in 2006, the Fashion Retail Academy was the first National Skills Academy to be opened in the UK focused on the education and training of young people in developing the skills required for a career in the fashion retail industry. The FRA is backed by some of the largest retailers in the fashion sector and has developed strong connections with some of the most influential figures in the industry.

Jaeger is proud to have partnered with the Fashion Retail Academy for over 5 years; offering students a deeper understanding of today's fast paced industry and the developments and structure of our business as a whole, with a focus on Retail Management and Visual Merchandising.

As a continuously expanding company, Jaeger values the skills and ambition demonstrated by students of the FRA in driving our business each year, which is why nurturing the talents of young, retail professionals is so important to us. With over 20 students placed in roles within our Head Office, Jaeger hopes to continue its role in supporting the fashion talent of tomorrow.
