When your email is received by customer services we will send you an auto-response that confirms receipt of your message. If you have not received this then your email may have gone undelivered or possibly your email spam filters have blocked the response. Emails are normally responded to within 24 hours Mon-Sat. If when you call us the lines are busy then you may leave a voicemail message or request a call back; during our opening hours we will normally respond to these within the same day. Occasionally during sale we take a little longer to respond due to the high volumes of calls and emails we receive.
